Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage overall sales and daily operations at the Motijheel branch.
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support business growth.
- Monitor stock, product deliveries, and inventory records.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate warranty and after-sales services.
- Track team performance and report branch activities to management.
