Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing and executing construction projects.
∎ Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
∎ Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
∎ Overseeing the logistical requirements of the project.
∎ Delegating work to subordinates.
∎ Dealing with contracts and mitigating the impact of any issues.
∎ Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales.
∎ Managing unique projects and monitoring firm objectives' progress.
∎ Ensuring that all equipment is operational and properly maintained as well as that the office is stocked with the essential supplies.
∎ Working in an office and on a construction site.
∎ Monitoring project progress and ensure it is on schedule and within budget.
∎ Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
∎ Communicating with top management in Japan.
∎ Managing and coordinating project implementation teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes and other legal requirements.
∎ Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years experience in the relevant field in multinational construction company;
∎ At least 7 years of overseas experience in relevant field in multinational construction company;
∎ Expert knowledge of building construction;
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Must have knowledge on project management software and tools(cloudia software);
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
∎ Willingness to travel to project sites as required;
∎ Understanding of all facets of the construction process;
∎ Proven working experience in construction management;
∎ Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods;
∎ Qualification as 'Certified Construction Accountant' is preferable;
∎ Must have qualifications in local and international bidding for public works;
∎ Must have knowledge on market research and new business development;
∎ Knowledge on formation of Joint Venture with local corporate partners;
∎ Must have experience in human resource management;
∎ Must have knowledge on accounting, taxation, personal and labour management;
∎ Formulation of Business plan and business feasibility evaluation for investment projects in foreign countries; and
∎ Must be fluent in Japanese language, both spoken and written;

Salary:
∎ Tk. 350000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary is in Japanese Yen.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Food & Accommodation provided by the Branch office;
∎ Transportation provided by the Branch office;
∎ Medical check-up provided by the Branch office;
∎ Annual Festival Bonus shall be paid as per company policy; and
∎ Personal Income Tax shall be deducted at source by the company as per the rules & regulations of the Government.
