Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Pharm/ Bachelor degree in any subject.
∎ Pharmacy background candidates must have registration under Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duties: 6 days in a week.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Chattogram & Tangail.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve financial year sales budget for the assigned outlet and manage day to day operations.
∎ Maintain retail standard of the outlet to ensure comfortable shopping experience for the customers.
∎ To ensure all customer service parameters are monitored and maintained on the floor.
∎ To maintain optimum stock inventory as per the sales trend and business plan.
∎ To ensure visual merchandising as per plan;
∎ To accomplish outlet maintenance tasks in coordination with the relevant departments.
∎ To plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates;
∎ To maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation;
∎ Supervise all staff in the pharmacy.
∎ To store pharmaceuticals at optimum condition as to minimize expiry.
∎ To maintain Pharmacy policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environment and injection control standards.
∎ To have secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances on a regular basis.
∎ To enter medication orders into dispensing program and software.
∎ To check stock lists and maintain minimum stock.
∎ To maintain appropriate departmental documentation.
∎ To treat all communication about staff and other organizational business confidentially.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.
∎ Reporting to: Area Sales Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store
∎ Fresh "A Grade" Pharmacists are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with customers and team.
∎ Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Must have sound MS office knowledge.

Salary: Negotiable
