Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from any Reputed University
∎ (BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET preferred) with good academic records.

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The purpose of the job is to prepare Bill of quantities (BOQ), Cost estimation, and maintaining
∎ accurate records of quantities and costs. We are looking for some dynamic and energetic BSc
∎ Engineer Civil who has experienced in Construction Company, Design & Engineering Farm/Real Estate, or any other reputed Group of Company.
∎ Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Quantity Sheet from onsite Data or Drawings.
∎ Prepare Bill of quantities (BOQs) and bills with item rates from design and drawings.
∎ Prepare documents related to the tender and submission of tenders.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, Site engineers, and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope of works, and deliverables.
∎ Develop project Schedules, ensuring that all activities are appropriately sequenced and timed.
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
∎ Quantify and estimate the required materials, labor, and equipment for each component of the project.
∎ Prepare of rate analysis sheet.
∎ Estimate costs associated with materials, labor, equipment, and overhead to determine the overall project budget.
∎ Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
∎ Generate regular project progress reports and submission to Reporting Officer and Managing Director.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have must experience in the following business area(s): At least 4 to 6 years experienced in Construction Company, Engineering.
∎ Farm/Developer/Real Estate/ any Other reputed Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in practical knowledge on cost estimation, BOQs,
∎ Architectural Design, Construction and Auto CAD.
∎ Applicant should have good knowledge on preparation of project Schedule.
∎ Applicant should have the practical knowledge on tendering.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Should be good on MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project etc.
