∎ A member of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) will be given Preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent skill in both Bengali & English typing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To work closely with design team and understanding Architectural, Structural and interior drawing of different projects.
∎ Estimating the total materials requirement of the project and assess item wise cost involvement on the basis of Architectural, Structural and Interior Drawing and Specifications provided by the design unit.
∎ Certify all Contractors bill as per work order and specification.
∎ Preparing rate analysis according to market price and PWD standard.
∎ Prepare budget projection for different works.·
∎ Preparing Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
∎ Remain updated about the latest building materials with their prices and availability.·
∎ Checking the bills on the basis of actual measurement or quantity·
∎ Any other task assigned by the respective supervisor.
