∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture, Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excell, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, SketchUp
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ Analysis, BOQ Preparation, Contract Management, cost estimating knowledge, Interior Firms
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Pre-estimation for making initial Bill of Quantity.
∎ Prepare excel format for specific BOQ format.
∎ Development of strategic bids that provide a detailed analysis of costs.
∎ Calculate project quantities for core construction trades.
∎ Manage item costs, detail rate analysis & value engineering.
∎ Preparation of item specifications.
∎ Coordination with Architects, Structural Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Plumbing Engineer/Consultants to prepare the BOQ.
∎ Collect copy, Final 2D,3D, Floor Layout, and Working Drawing from respected official concerns.
∎ Making & Modifying Working drawings in AutoCAD (If required).
∎ Preparing Final Bill of Quantity "BOQ".
∎ Lead the Materials Sample List & Board Making Work Supervision.
∎ Collect Work order copy and prepare final PI as per PO for office and without rate PI for PCO.
∎ All types of construction bill checking as per BOQ & Measurement Book.
∎ Check and review collect & provide Measurement Book of Every Project for Running & Final Bill Purpose from the project management team.
∎ Preparing Final Bill of Quantity with Finalization/reconciliation.
∎ Prepare Running & Final Bill with help from site concern's provided documents (Visit site when needed).
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Construction, Interior, Architectural Consultancy, Real estate Developer.
∎ High attention to detail, ability to analyze information.
∎ In-depth understanding of construction materials and project works
∎ Critical thinking and influencing skills
∎ Superior written and verbal communication.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team.
∎ Strong skill, and capability to work under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, flexibility, adaptability, sincerity, and honesty
∎ Hands-on experience in Construction and supervision of Interior Work Both
∎ Residence & Corporateitectural Consultancy Firm
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
