∎ এফসিপিএস-চক্ষু/এমএস-চক্ষু/ডিও/ডিসিও।
∎ ডি.ও/ডিসিও ডিপ্লোমা ধারীদের নূন্যতম ৫ বছরের চক্ষু বিষয়ে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা এবং এফসিপিএস/এমএস সম্পন্নদের নূন্যতম ৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ উল্লেখিত সাব-স্পেশিয়ালটিতে ফেলোশীপ থাকলে অগ্রাধীকার দেওয়া হবে।

∎ বার্ডো চক্ষু হাসপাতাল, রূপনগর, মিরপুর, ঢাকায় উক্ত পদে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে লোকবল নিয়োগ করা হবে।
