Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor of Civil Engineering from reputed educational institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, Educational, industrial and health care related projects;
∎ Developing BIM Models of architecture, structure and MEP disciplines;
∎ Manage and Coordinate project deliveries;
∎ Assist Senior Engineer in producing details/drawings that comply with design criteria, contract requirements;
∎ Assist BIM lead/Manager in file clean-up, title block and viewport set-up, compile files for composite coordination, tagging and dimensioning model/drawings, etc.;
∎ Assist BIM lead/Manager in coordinating mechanical /plumbing models with other disciplines through Navisworks;
∎ Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM;
∎ Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously and also manage the delegated work to the offshore team;
∎ Learn and Demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (MEPF & Structure coordination. Strive to build strong network connections with project team;
∎ Working with our clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As-Built and Submittal drawings;
∎ Review and QA/QC project deliverables;
∎ Undertake self-checking initiatives whilst maintaining quality control to ensure adherence to all relevant design criteria and standards;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years’ of experience in relevant field
