∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture.
∎ Training in BIM tools is preferred.
∎ Certification in Autodesk Revit will be an advantage.

∎ Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Recap Pro, and AutoCAD.
∎ Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
∎ Effective communication skills for team and client collaboration.

∎ Execute Scan to BIM modeling, converting point cloud data into detailed 3D models.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
∎ Perform clash detection and coordination to enhance project efficiency.
∎ Maintain and update models and documentation throughout project lifecycles.
