Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering from reputed university;
∎ Candidates from Mechanical background with relevant experience will be preferred;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial and health care related projects;
∎ Developing BIM Models of MEP disciplines;
∎ Assisting senior MEP manager in producing details/ drawings that comply with design criteria, contract requirements;
∎ Assisting BIM Lead/ Coordinator/ Manager in file clean-up, title block and viewport set-up, compile files for composite coordination, tagging and dimensioning model/ drawings, etc.;
∎ Assisting BIM Lead/ Coordinator/ Manager in coordinating MEP models with other disciplines through Navisworks;
∎ Handling multiple BIM projects simultaneously and also managing the delegated work to the offshore team;
∎ Working with clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, as-built and submittal drawings;
∎ Undertaking self-checking initiatives whilst maintaining quality control to ensure adherence to all relevant design criteria and standards;
∎ Ideal candidate should have proficiency in BIM related software, construction trade knowledge (Architecture, Structure & MEP Coordination);
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant field;
∎ Ideal candidate should have following software skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Microsoft Office application etc.;
