Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Civil Engineering from recognized educational institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial,
∎ Educational, industrial and health care related projects;
∎ Developing BIM Models of architecture, structure and MEP disciplines;
∎ Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously and also manage the delegated work to the offshore team;
∎ Learn and Demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (MEPF & Structure coordination. Strive to build strong network connections with project team;
∎ Working with our clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As-Built and Submittal drawings;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the relevant field. Candidates with steel structure detailing knowledge will get preference.
