∎ ইংরেজি ভাষায় দক্ষ হতে হবে। মন্ত্রণালয়ের অতিরিক্ত সচিব/যুগ্ম সচিব/উপসচিব পদে হতে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিগণকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ সরকারী/আধাসরকারী/স্বায়ত্বশাসিত প্রতিষ্ঠান হতে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা হিসেবে অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ বাংলা এবং ইংরেজী উভয় ভাষাতেই কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ অভিবাসন নিয়ে কাজ করা অভিজ্ঞদের অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে।
∎ ইংরেজি ভাষায় দক্ষ হতে হবে। মন্ত্রণালয়ের অতিরিক্ত সচিব/যুগ্ম সচিব/উপসচিব পদে হতে অবসরপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিগণকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

∎ বাংলাদেশ এ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিক্রুটিং এজেন্সীজ (বায়রা)’র যুগ্ম-সচিব এর অস্থায়ীভাবে নিয়োগের জন্য আগ্রহী প্রাথীদের নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।
