Responsibilities & Context:

CareOn is looking for caring, educated, smart, and professional Baby Caregivers / Nannies to provide premium childcare services for families in Dhaka. We are seeking candidates who can ensure a safe, nurturing, hygienic, and engaging environment for babies and young children while maintaining excellent communication with parents.

This role is ideal for candidates who are warm-hearted, presentable, responsible, and understand modern childcare expectations.

আমরা এমন প্রার্থী খুঁজছি যারা শুধু শিশুর দেখাশোনা নয়, বরং শিশুর নিরাপত্তা, পরিচ্ছন্নতা, রুটিন, প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা, সুন্দর আচরণ এবং পরিবারের সাথে ভালো যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখতে পারবেন।

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, or young children

• Feeding, bathing, diaper changing, dressing, and sleep routine management

• Maintain baby hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times

• Prepare baby meals / formula as instructed by parents

• Support early learning through storytelling, rhymes, educational play, drawing, etc.

• Monitor baby’s mood, routine, and development progress

• Communicate daily updates to parents clearly and professionally

• Handle baby items: clothes, toys, room organization, sterilization, etc.

• Accompany child during outdoor walks / activities if required

• Follow parenting guidelines and household rules respectfully

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred (as per client preference in many households)

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Good communication skills in Bangla; English speaking ability is an advantage

• Smart, polite, well-groomed, and professional attitude

• Experience as nanny / preschool teacher / daycare worker / baby caregiver preferred

• Basic understanding of child behavior and development

• Honest, punctual, patient, and emotionally mature

• Ability to engage children positively and intelligently

Additional Premium Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Can teach basic English, manners, numbers, alphabet, rhymes

• Can assist in school readiness activities

• Knows child nutrition basics

• First-aid knowledge

• Experience with newborn care

  দায়িত্বসমূহ

  • শিশু / নবজাতক / টডলারের সার্বক্ষণিক যত্ন নেওয়া

  • খাওয়ানো, গোসল করানো, ডায়াপার পরিবর্তন, পোশাক পরানো

  • শিশুর ঘুম ও দৈনিক রুটিন মেইনটেইন করা

  • শিশুর পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা

  • শিশুর খাবার / ফর্মুলা প্রস্তুত করা (অভিভাবকের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী)

  • গল্প বলা, ছড়া, খেলাধুলা, আঁকা, শেখানোসহ মানসিক বিকাশে সহায়তা করা

  • শিশুর আচরণ, স্বাস্থ্যের অবস্থা ও রুটিন সম্পর্কে অভিভাবককে আপডেট দেওয়া

  • শিশুর কাপড়, খেলনা, রুম ও ব্যবহৃত জিনিসপত্র গুছিয়ে রাখা

  • প্রয়োজনে বাইরে হাঁটতে নেওয়া / স্কুল প্রস্তুতিতে সহায়তা করা

  • পরিবারের নিয়ম ও নির্দেশনা সম্মান করে কাজ করা

  যোগ্যতা

  • মহিলা প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার (অনেক পরিবারের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী)

  • ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি / স্নাতক হলে অগ্রাধিকার

  • বাংলা ভাষায় ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা

  • ইংরেজিতে কথা বলতে পারলে অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা

  • স্মার্ট, ভদ্র, পরিচ্ছন্ন ও প্রেজেন্টেবল ব্যক্তিত্ব

  • ন্যানি / ডে কেয়ার / প্রি-স্কুল / বেবি কেয়ার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

  • ধৈর্যশীল, সৎ, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও দায়িত্ববান হতে হবে

  • শিশুদের সাথে বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ও ইতিবাচক আচরণ করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে

  অতিরিক্ত দক্ষতা (বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার)

  • শিশুকে ইংরেজি, সংখ্যা, অ্যালফাবেট, ছড়া শেখাতে পারা

  • ভালো ম্যানারস ও সামাজিক আচরণ শেখাতে পারা

  • নিউবর্ন কেয়ার জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

  • ফার্স্ট এইড জানা থাকলে ভালো

  • শিশু পুষ্টি সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো
