∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile, Maintenance, Operation, Service/ support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders including cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
∎ Listens to a customer's description of car trouble, asks follow-up questions to better assess the problem, inspects the vehicle, determines the source of the issue, and provides suggestions for the best ways to fix the vehicle.
∎ Works with customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.
∎ Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle, based on how the customer wants to be informed.
∎ Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.
∎ Regularly follow up with technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
∎ To create effective working relationships with team, customer, driver and technician.
∎ Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
∎ Proven leadership and ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
