∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 5-6 years of experience in automotive service and repair.
∎ Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and engine analyzers.
∎ Strong knowledge of CVT and hybrid vehicle systems.
∎ Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Strong communication skills.Should be honest and hard working.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform advanced diagnostics using car scanning tools and engine analyzers.
∎ Oversee the repair and maintenance of Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) and hybrid vehicles.
∎ Manage and guide a team of technicians, providing mentorship and ensuring high standards of work.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
∎ Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
∎ Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and standards.
