∎ Managing and leading a team of service technicians, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
∎ Communicating with customers to understand their needs and concerns and providing them with clear explanations of repair work and service recommendations.
∎ Ensuring that all service work is completed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
∎ Diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues.
∎ Adhering to safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all Technician.
