∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Structural Design (RCC) Firm or Engineering Firms.
∎ Skills & Expertise: AutoCAD Drafting

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare detailed structural drawings for multi-storied (minimum 10-storied) buildings as per instructions from Design Engineers.
∎ Structural detail drawings As per BNBC-2020 & ACI
∎ Modify and revise existing drawings based on design changes, consultant’s feedback, or regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure all drawings comply with national building codes, municipal regulations, and professional drafting standards.
∎ Maintain proper use of AutoCAD layers, line weights, scales, and annotation standards for professional presentation.
∎ Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all assigned drafting tasks within project deadlines.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling project documents and firm information.
