Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing on AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
∎ Preparing proposal drawing of steel structure based on AUTO CAD & 3D MAX.
∎ Preparing of production drawing and detailing of steel structure.
∎ Capable of doing telemarketing.
∎ Preparing bill of quantity for projects.
∎ Taking practical measurements from site.
∎ Estimating civil & steel cost of a project including design.
∎ Preparation of running bills and negotiating with the client.
∎ Monitoring working updates and informing the concerns.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of excellent approach towards client, price estimating & planning.
∎ Should have knowledge in Industrial building, power plant & high-rise building.
∎ Able to work in under pressure & self-motivated.
∎ Honest, dynamic & disciplined.
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
∎ Candidate should have adequate proficiency in English.
