∎ Skills Required: 3DS MAX,3dStudioMax,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Auto CAD Drafting,Engineers,Operator (CAD)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, Architecture, Auto Cad, CAD Designing, CAD Operator, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Developer, Engineering Firms, Interior Design, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design preparation and drawings of Architectural and interior project implementation including space planning, RAJUK drawings, proposal drawings, working drawings and 3D perspective for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
∎ Must be able to do 3D modeling and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray and 3D Studio Max. Experience with Revit Architecture will be given preference.
∎ Supervision and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), specifications and cost proposal for both building and interior design projects.
∎ Preparation of Technical presentation and financial bid proposal as per client requirement.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant / client, taking measurement from project sites, meetings & design presentation as well as attending technical meetings with clients.
∎ Guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction sites and make the team work effective and successful.
∎ Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle team. Problem-solving and Decision-making person with excellent interpersonal skill.
