Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A diploma in Architecture / Civil from a recognized institute is the minium requirement. Bachelors n relevant field and experience is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates Need to have the Follow:
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially Auto-CAD 2D & 3D, MS Word, Excel
∎ (most importantly Excel)
∎ Need to be able to conceptualize drawing layouts and structural drawings of industrial buildings by consulting with Architect & Structural Engineer.
∎ Check measurements with engineers at Sites
∎ Create final invoices for clients based on the quotation and final measurements
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated, well organized, proactive, and dedicated to completing the tasks assigned. A bonus is good communication and reporting skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ 1 to 3 Years relevant working experience
∎ Willingness to visit Site as and when required.
Salary: Negotiable
