Working experience in Internal Audit, Production, and Sweater Unit with the large garments industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (Typing Speed should be 40 words per minute in English with an accuracy of 95%).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethic and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Should be an excellent team member and also very sharp, smart, and have a fair personality.
Responsibilities & Context
Proper Auditing and implemented an audit plan on the Factory,
Checked Salaries & Wages Sheet.
Keep and record Daily production status, manpower, per minutes used for per pcs production in the Sweater Unit
Monthly production report (Linking Section) to the Head of Internal Audit
Checked New Recruitment and Migrated worker's or employees’ files.
Checked Final Settlement File & Maternity File.
Checked Engineering Bill & Maintenance Bill.
Checked Subcontract bills.
Checked returnable items and reported to the Head of Internal Audit.
Checked short shipments and reported to the Head of Internal Audit.
Checked and confirmed the Inventory system (ERP Software).
Any other work assigned by the Head of Internal Audit or Management.
