Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure treatment services of the indoor patients
∎ To ensure total management of ward (coordination, patient release, death certificate and medical legal certificate issue etc.)
∎ To confirm required medicine and apparatus at ward
∎ To confirm proper training and skill enhancement of subordinates of intern doctors/ physicians
∎ To carry out the BCC function between staff and patient
∎ To effect referral system of hospital’s patient
∎ To keep or maintain the maximum professional humanity for treatment and service of patients.
∎ To contribute the role in quality standard waste management.
∎ To carry out other duties assigned by higher authority.
