∎ The candidate should be B. Sc / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Power) from any reputed University or Institute.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To meet up monthly sales target with customer satisfaction in collaboration with the entire team to increase sales & application of Industrial /Generator and Construction & Heavy Equipment`s Filter for the company.
∎ Department: Filter

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Functional Competencies:
∎ Knowledge of conducting Market survey & collecting customer requirements and capable of dealing with the company's principal.
∎ Customer focused and sourcing of cross reference for industrial filtration system analyses as and required basis and protects organization's value and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Can be able to do analysis of Customer feedback, handle compliant and provide solutions.
∎ Maintaining payment collection in scheduled time and managing the departmental works as per ISO Standard.
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Capable of working under pressure to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
∎ Should be self- motivated to enhance the overall sales procedure.
∎ Knowledge about Filter products use, application /installation etc.
∎ Problem solving capability.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla with the expert's level knowledge in MS office application, email/browsing etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 08 to 10 years "experience and versed knowledge in a large reputed organization or in Local Group of companies in the field of Industrial, Generator and Construction & Heavy Equipment's Filter sales in Bangladesh market.
∎ The Applicant Should Have:
∎ Energetic, sincere, honest with positive attitude.
∎ Strong analyzing and creative skill.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work within internal procedure and control.
∎ Passion, excellent listener and communicator.
∎ Leadership capacity and travel attitude entire Bangladesh.
∎ Must maintain confidentiality in all respect.
