Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preferred Candidate with PP Woven Bag (The Starlinger Plant) Factory Maintenance Experience. Should know about the factory's equipment and machinery operating program & solve the problems of types of machinery. Improve and maintain regulation in terms of compliance with the Accord/ Fire Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety supporting and establishing effective Health, Safety, and Environmental work policies that are strictly adhered to by all Maintenance personnel By supporting and developing Root Cause Failure Analysis approach in solving plant problems and writing scope for major maintenance activities Develop maintenance improvement program empowering engineers & technicians and carry out analysis of critical issues as a team for efficient solutions Proposing and maintaining maintenance budget and developing cost-effective solutions Follow sound environmental practices for conservation of natural resources, good housekeeping and proper waste disposals on and off duty.
∎ *Perform Behaviour Safety Observation as per compliance requirements.
∎ *To assign the right manpower for the right work.
∎ *To do preventive maintenance regularly Lead and monitor the activities of the team members and provide necessary guidelines for performing the jobs effectively.
∎ *Maintain machine layout setting with floor PM.
∎ *Maintain the machine complaint register and perform repairs and adjustments based on the complaints received and as needed by the machine.
∎ *Supervise all electrical & mechanical troubleshooting work and schedule maintenance.
∎ *Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
∎ *Conduct electrical safety training of all Machinery on regular basis.
∎ *Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental norms and standards in the factory.
∎ *Making required reports to the management regularly and accordingly coordinating with maintenance, the Purchase department, and other relevant entities to ensure smooth production.
∎ *Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
∎ *Applicant other than Starlinger plant experience need not to apply.
