Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operational Support:
∎ Assist in monitoring and controlling plant operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient production of electricity.
∎ Support the start-up, shutdown, and routine operation of gas and steam turbines, HRSGs (Heat Recovery Steam Generators), and associated equipment.
∎ Record and analyze operational data, and recommend adjustments to optimize plant performance.
∎ Operate the equipment according to the O&M manual.
∎ Safety and Compliance:
∎ Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in safety training and drills.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
∎ Support the identification and mitigation of safety hazards in plant operations.
∎ Technical Support:
∎ Assist in diagnosing operational issues and developing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.Support the implementation of process improvements and technology upgrades.
∎ Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of operational activities, maintenance work, and incidents.Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management.
∎ Support the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
∎ Raise/assist requisitions according to the O&M part number.
∎ Team Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to achieve plant performance goals.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
