Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in ACCOUNTING, FINANCE, MANAGEMENT, Supply Chain Management., Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with all Export and Import related Matters.
∎ To deal with all kinds of L/C related matter, Banking function and documentation.
∎ To deal with Bill of lading, C&F issues, and to communicate with different buyer.
∎ Sound knowledge about customs related documents and procedure
∎ To check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import/export activities and inform management as required.
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines as per planning.
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Mail communication with supplier & others concern.
∎ Follow-up with suppliers for submission documents timely & forwarder if applicable.
∎ Will be responsible for all import and export related activities.
∎ Maintaining customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about Documents.
∎ Analytical ability to solve any instant issue.
∎ Capable to work out of office to communicate with Bank/Insurance and Others office.

Salary: Negotiable
