Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify problems /defects of any vehicles of the company and ensure quality/repair and maintenance work of all vehicles through workshops by competitive and reasonable offers from different workshops. Keeping record and updating of vehicle tax Token, fitness, route permit and performing transport, related others activities With BRTA, checking of driver's license in case of any incident or accident reaching on the spot within the minimum possible time, liaise with the police arrange and disposes of informed the incident to the office immediate
∎ Collecting quotations and offers to vendors for the repair of the vehicle at a reasonable price.
∎ Preparing monthly vehicle wise Expenditure must be sent by the first 7 days of the month to the head office MTO pool management.
∎ Preparing a comparative statement of the vehicles for major repairing such- as den paint, and ETC. and submitted a proposal for management decision at head office.
∎ Maintain vehicle checklist daily basis and identify the defective vehicles 7 entries in the list.
∎ Maintaining a database of all vehicle's registration numbers registration date configuration of the vehicle, Tax token, fitness, route permit, and renewal date of the name of driver's license.
∎ Checking and ensuring maintaining of vehicle logbooks as per feature of the logbook daily basis, like-running kilometres out time in km in time will be recorded in the logbook.
∎ VTS Monitoring surveillance of the vehicles.
∎ Forming of the new policy if required and following the exiting policy of transport & vehicles.
∎ Accomplished other's activity in connection according to instructions with coordination of head office.
∎ Automobile parts market visit on monthly basis to get the actual price of specific spare parts.
∎ Brief daily drivers about car safety issues and how to reduce fuel costs and maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
