Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of the health centre/medical centre in the factory compound.
∎ Maintain compliance rules & regulations and ensure proper record-keeping systems.
∎ Provide training sessions/programs on First aid, health & safety, and hygienic issue and create awareness about accidents & sickness.
∎ Develop occupational health & hygiene system and make prescriptions for worker
∎ Prepare medical board-related activities & documents as per labour law
∎ Maintain details records like-symptoms of the patient, medical history and current health
∎ Prepare patients for different tests and treatment
∎ Evaluate and implement patient care plans with the medical team
∎ Perform wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
∎ Assist in medical procedures as needed
∎ Operate and monitor medical equipment
∎ Maintain the register like accidents, medicine stock, Daily medicine distribution, hospital admission, etc.
∎ Prepare worker's medical bill
∎ Arrange an ambulance if needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
