Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for the company, which revolves around promoting products to increase demand
∎ Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development
∎ Preparing product marketing plans, marketing action plans and marketing budget both monthly and yearly in cost effective ways
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of promotional activities and suggesting improvements for consistent growth
∎ Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors, and converting the data into detailed reports and actionable insights through getting feedbacks from markets and sales people
∎ Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of products and developing comparative statistics and metrics for efficient positioning of the products
∎ Launching and promoting new products to strengthen product line to increase revenue and growth of the company
∎ Working with sales team members and follow up execution of marketing strategies for ensuring achievement of marketing objectives
∎ Coordinating with other departments for managing day to day activities of marketing department
∎ Assisting the top-level management for achievement of overall growth objective of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' experience in similar position in a renowned pharmaceutical company; candidates having 7-8 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing may also apply
∎ Candidates should have very good communication skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking ability, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill and pleasant personality
∎ Candidates should be result oriented and can work independently.
