∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Supply Chain Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
∎ Skills Required: Reporting and Documentation, Accounts, Banks & Financial, Bond, Commercial, Computer skill, Export
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Export-Import, Export/ Import through L/C, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review or update Commercial activities / practices in accordance with new or changing standards, regulations and laws of national & international.
∎ Have to work under pressure in Office and outside office.
∎ To prepare all kinds of Export/ Import L/C'S (Cash, Back to Back, UPAS, EDF) documentation as well as all kind of commercial documentation.
∎ Highly skilled to Liaison with concern authorities to ensure all types of regulatory License / Certificates (Such as IRC, ERC, Acid License, BIDA / EPB enrollment, DOE clearance, Fire License, Labor Office, BTMA Membership certificate etc.).
∎ Ensure all regulatory formalities relating to export.
∎ Timely follow-up with buyer for export payment
∎ Bank document presentation timely manual
∎ Manage and control customs & revenue activities related to the company.
∎ To ensure Party acceptance as well as Bank Maturity and Payment Realization.
∎ Develop operational process and arrange deliveries / shipments/ Documentations in time.
∎ Ensure to keep record and prepare all types of Statement relating to Export any other if necessary.
∎ Identify market abroad; maintain relationship with the buyers for export development.
∎ Keep a constant communication with the agents related to shipping Transport agent if any problem arises for the shipment of the goods.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Customs Bond, Shipping Line & C&F.
∎ Maintain relationship with bank, customs, C&F, and other organization to ensure smooth export of products.
∎ Ensure that all documents for the shipment are prepared and sent to the correspondent persons on time such as: Invoice and Packing List Export Format (EXP) to our Bank and C&F, COO to finalize the shipment and release of the goods from our customer.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, bond formalities.
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ To maintain in-bond and ex-bond, & UP register with custom.
∎ Prepare yearly import and export customs statement for Bond audit.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
