∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (IE/IPE)

Requirements:

∎ Certifications such as PGD in SCM or CSCM (Certified Supply Chain Manager).
∎ Different software knowledge (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar).
∎ Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and inventory management techniques.
∎ Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
∎ Proficiency in English is mandatory.
∎ Certifications such as PGD in SCM or CSCM (Certified Supply Chain Manager).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead production planning and control initiatives, streamlining processes to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Conducted capacity planning and gap analysis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing mitigation plans that increased production capacity and minimized downtime.
∎ Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
∎ Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, inventory policies, and lead times.
∎ Managing and controlling the Procurement & Import processes, supplier selection, negotiation, evaluation of suppliers to maintain competitive prices, quality, delivery & service, customs clearance.
∎ Oversees logistics operations, reducing transportation costs through route optimization.
∎ Managing and controlling the optimum level of inventory and efficient warehousing process.
