Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing pharmacy-related services and logistics 24/7
∎ Checking prescriptions for errors, ensuring they're appropriate and safe for the individual patient
∎ Compounding & dispensing for indoor & outdoor patient department.
∎ Filling & labeling of medical containers.
∎ Making sure medicines are stored appropriately and securely
∎ Proper dispensing of narcotic medicine.
∎ Proper maintenance of records of narcotic medicine.
∎ Maintaining of sufficient stock of antidote for poisoning & emergency medicine.
∎ Checking of the quality of the sources of purchase of all medicine, chemicals antibiotics, biological products & other pharmaceutical preparation.
∎ Keeping controls over requisition & dispensing of all medicine.
∎ Writing guidelines for drug use within the hospital and implement hospital regulations
∎ Providing information on expenditure on drugs
∎ Implementation of decision of pharmacy & therapeutic committee.
∎ Providing adequate statistics on medication consumptions
∎ Preparation of periodic report, annual report & budget etc.
∎ Purchase, management of budgetary matters as inventory & control of receipt supply & store.
∎ Any other job assigned by the hospital authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Being reliable, responsible and dependable and fulfilling obligations on time.
∎ Good command in both English and Bengali
Salary: Negotiable
