Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule.
∎ Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data system.
∎ Optimize equipment according to standard procedure.
∎ Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirement.
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment.
∎ Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment.
∎ Attend various meeting, produce written reports and make presentations.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have experience in Blowroom, Carding, Drawing, Comber, Simplex, Ring, Autocone, Autocoro and Rotor
