Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible for managing the corporate customer requirements and The Partner management to ensure the successful Trip`s growth. Maintain and assessment of Customer and Partners quality.
∎ The prospect candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing and closing sales in a diverse set of corporate accounts is required.
∎ The prospect candidate will also possess strong writing skills, business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. He must display a strong understanding of corporate sales needs and the application of the service capabilities and sales processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling end-to-end trip cycle, Customer and partner management to achieve overall company Trips & Revenue target.
∎ Manage call center agents, assign and distribute tasks, manage roster.
∎ Train and develop call center team, driving customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop dialogues for both inbound and outbound calls and Manage trackers.
∎ Analyze and report on customers trips requirement, customer & partner’s data and share with the management.
∎ Manage portfolio for cross-selling and upselling
∎ Develops strategy for Customer & Partner contact, Maintains a good relationship with the Partner and Customer
∎ Provide feedback and participate in developing the App
∎ Maintain trips growth with compliance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the experience in the following area(s): Trucking through App, Trip management, Partner Management, Call Center, Corporate customer care.
∎ Must have Leadership & Team-building ability
∎ Must have the technical knowhow (Email, Google, MS word, Xl, PPT, IOS& Android Etc)
∎ Must have good communication and writing skills
∎ 02 years of experience on the same field
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 60000 (Monthly)
