Job Context:
∎ World Leading CCTV Assembly ( SKD) Plant
∎ Job Location : Hi-Tech Park, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Supervision and management of Production Activities for Respective Shift
∎ Coordinate production and operation, effectively control and solve production and manufacturing problems
∎ Introduce the appropriate new technology to improve the manufacturing level and improve the production efficiency;
∎ Maintain the Communication with the foreign principals to ensure the smooth productions and solve if there any complicacies.
∎ Design product production process, establish process control system, plan production capacity, set standard hours, cooperate with the financial department to analyze the manufacturing cost;
∎ Responsible for organizing the production resource needs assessment and configuration: including manpower, equipment, plant, tooling, and low value and consumable products needed for production. Continuously improve the production process, save the production cost and optimize the production resources
∎ Responsible for leading the entire teams to ensure normal production, evaluation, transformation and implementation of engineering changes, analysis of defective products and improvement of qualified rate, etc.
∎ Responsible for the audit, approval and decision of important matters within the scope of the project documents;

∎ The applicants should have experience in the factory of the following area(s):
∎ Mobile Phone / IT Products / Electronics Products (TV, AC, Fridge, CCTV).
∎ Must be Knowledge & Experience on Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
