∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management/Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management/ Finance will get preference.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in discipline can also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing & Purchasing Yarn or Fabrics for Knit items in from Local or International Market
∎ Sourcing & Purchasing Dyes, Chemical, Garments Accessories & auxiliaries raw materials for Textile & RMG, Printing Division
∎ Responsible for complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost effectiveness acquisition of materials, spare parts, general items with best quality as per applicable standard.
∎ Responsible for Development, implementation of Supply chain policy, procedures, inventory control & distribution to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
∎ Price negotiation, renegotiation with suppliers in favor of the company.
∎ Ensure available material for smooth production & operational activates
∎ Strategist the supply chain function to ensure cost optimization, risk management, material movement
∎ Promote Zero- Tolerance for violation of procurement polices & procedures
∎ Perform Market survey in order to develop alternative suppliers for price competitiveness =.
∎ Coordination & Update with Merchandising, Planning, Commercial , Accounts & Finance, Textile , RMG & Others for Supply Chain activities.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Latter of Credit, Import policy, Bond License & Custom Vat/Tax
∎ Effective ERP Implementation for System improvement & Standardization to ensure transparency & Cost Effectiveness for any procurement.
∎ Sourcing, Visiting & Evaluate of Potential Suppliers in Local or Foreign.
∎ Any Task Assign by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Professional Certification Program is required.
∎ A minimum of 3 years senior management experience in the garments manufacturing industry is essential.
∎ Have to knowledge about Digital marketing and ecommerce business.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead, direct and motivate a diverse team.
∎ Positive attitude required to effectively tackle problems and interface with the other functional areas of the company while working.
∎ ERP system knowledge.
