Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and Telesales:
∎ Keep close contact with customers (shippers/agents/ buyers) through all modes of contact.
∎ Meet services queries, matters in course of smooth handling and ensure services.
∎ Confirm booking approval to shippers/local buying agent within 1 hour of receiving approval
∎ Meet agent/clients' requirements according to SOP outlined foe each.
∎ Prepare and Send shipment information to shipper on time.
∎ Prepare invoice against each shipment within the same day or next day
∎ Maintain customer/agents database, contact details, log sheet.
∎ Sales:
∎ Sales support with aggressive attitude and capable of identifying target markets with commercial negotiation skills.
∎ Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire & boost up the sales volume
∎ Ensure profitable growth of the business by achieving Periodic Targets.
∎ Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements
∎ Arranging payment of freight and other charges or collection of payment on behalf of the client
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Operational knowledge in Air freight & Sea Freight, Export & Import
∎ The applicant should have comprehensive knowledge on: Shipping documents related to Export & Import.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Import, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/ E-Commerce/ Supply Chain etc. of Commercial Department of the Group.
∎ Good command over MS Office/ Excel, E-mail, internet and report writing.
∎ Good English Skills, communications and interpersonal skills
∎ Telesales :Experience is not essential for telesales but candidates having 1 years' experience with operation and sales will get preference
∎ Willing to dedicate him/her even beyond office hours
∎ Experience in Freight Forwarder sector
∎ Ability to formulate sales plan & fix-up target individually
∎ Need to know about overseas buyers
