Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's in any field from any recognized university /reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be pro-active; disciplined; program oriented; target oriented; fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
∎ Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Logistics department under his dynamic leadership.
∎ Responsible for Rajuk, DPDC, DESCO, WASA related all works.
∎ Ability to work and deliver under pressure, Bangla and english typing Skills is must, Case Management, Drafting various types of letters, Land and Legal, Land Law, Land Survey etc.
∎ Update of land documents as per company policy
∎ Drafting all kinds of Deed (legal) documents.
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S mutation, deed, via deed, portion of porcha).
∎ To advise and provide legal opinion on regulatory and legal matters of the company.
∎ To represent as a company lawyer against case hearing day in court.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable laws necessary for the company.
∎ Any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 year(s) in related sector.
∎ Minimum 2 Years experience in similar position of Logistic & land department in a reputed real estate company.

Salary: Negotiable
