∎ Degree in Supply & Chain Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare quotes for pricing of logistic services from Import, Export, Breakbulk or project and consignments by gathering information, making estimates, planning transport and analyzing coasting.
∎ Follow up quotations and modify quotes as necessary.
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints from clients.
∎ Checking shipping Documents (Bill of Landing, Invoice, Packing List & country of origin) exactness.
∎ Input Job information of individual consignments at Alchemy Software.
∎ Monitor Custom Transit & Custom clearance process at Mongla/Chittagong/Dhaka customs.
∎ Plan delivery Schedules for smooth delivery.
∎ Follow up loading process on transport at port & unloading process at jobsite.
∎ Prepare and submit invoice to clients with necessary receipts & documents.
∎ Follow up with clients for pending payments and take necessary actions as per Management's instructions.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with company's custom officers, custom Sarkar, Jetty Sarkar, Do section, Accounts department, Branch offices for ensuring smooth operation.
∎ Keep & update shipment database on regular basis.
∎ Submit IGM for breakbulk shipment.
∎ Keep updates of vessel berthing prospects.
∎ Follow up cargo discharging prospectus.
∎ Prepare damage reports.
∎ Prepare statement of facts (SOF) & FDA (Final Disbursement Accounts)
