∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify suitable suppliers/vendors/subcontractors and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality and specifications.
∎ Develop alternative source of supply and smart supplier’s database.
∎ Collect best quotation for materials or services from the vendors/suppliers/subcontractors
∎ Prepare comparative statement of materials or services on the basis of price, quality, specification mentioned in BoQ and on payment terms and delivery periods
∎ Prepare necessary documents to collect confirmation from management for supply of materials and issue purchase order/work order to the selected supplier/vendor
∎ Frequent movement to local market/supplier’s end to collect sample, quotation and for petty cash purchase (if necessary)
∎ Regularly monitor supplier’s performance and build up best business relationship with preferred suppliers.
∎ Develop, maintain and upgrade database of sourcing and updating existing vendors/suppliers information
∎ Update information of market, price of materials, new product and alternative sources
∎ Follow up procurement to payment (P2P) process in concept of procurement policy
∎ Maintain and update all SCM reports to the concern

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proper knowledge on VDS/TDS as per existing govt. policy
∎ Must have strong and smart negotiation skills
∎ Must have good knowledge on MS office
∎ Excellent communication skill with good command on written and spoken English
∎ Have the mentality to visit project site and local market frequently
