Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Booking follow-up, contacting shipper / buying house for booking (with all Proper information)
∎ Providing the required Dummy/Freight Certificate to the shipper.
∎ Responding Promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Providing clearance to Air Ops/ Sea Ops team for Planning mentioning booking no., agent detail, preferred carrier, selling rate, and estimated arrival time through mail only. sometime over the phone for urgent consignments.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
∎ Always Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
