Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a QC Engineer who is experienced in Railway, Flyover & Bridge Projects.
∎ We are looking for a QC Engineer for the Coxs Bazar Railway Project.
∎ Ensuring the Implementation of the Project Quality System /QA Plan Procedures and Develop Quality Management system as per project specification, Client & Management requirement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Coordinating with all departments that are involved in the project regarding QA/QC activities.
∎ - Ensuring proper interaction and co-ordination with Client, Site Laboratory and Site Team for Project co-ordination
∎ - Coordinating & cooperate with QA/QC Manager and Consultant for the timely submission of all Quality documentation/Deliverable.
∎ - Supervises all Quality Control staff by directing how when and where to perform their duties.
∎ - Ensuring that all QA/QC Inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan / Contract and that these are documented on pre-defined formats / check sheets.
∎ - Assure all incoming materials are inspected, as approved and stored properly as recommended materials.
∎ - Preparation Inspection Test Plan / Check Sheets Method Statement and ensuring approval from Client/Consultant.
∎ - Issuing RFI & Ensuring all Hold and Witness Points are adhered to the Client is given sufficient notice for Inspection
∎ - To Develop Mix Design as per specific requirement of concrete & Asphalt.
∎ - Witness and perform sampling and testing to get approval of all construction Raw materials.
∎ - To Conduct Calibration of all laboratory Equipment’s, Batching Plant & Field Equipment’s before expiry.
∎ - Maintain & Update Register control documents of Calibration Log
∎ - Carry out Monthly Frequency or Frequency test of all approved material (Concrete, Earthwork, Track) as per Inspection and Testing Plan.
∎ - Preparation of Quality Test/Field Test report for Client and Consultant
∎ - Execute third party test (PDA, SLT, and PIT), Review Their report to get approval from Engineer’s
∎ - Expertise in preparing Project Quality Plan, Procedures, Inspection and Test plan (ITP), Method statement (MS)
∎ - Issue & Monitoring non-conformances (NCR) and follow up with site team for close NCR. Ensuring corrective / preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-conformances.
∎ - Investigates Quality issues and conducts formal and informal training to ensure Quality compliance with QAP
∎ - Carry out internal audit as schedule in Quality Plan as per ISO & QAP of projects.
