Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge on procurement cycle Government, NGO, Privet company to ensure supply chain surplus. Developing dynamic procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective. Analyzing the market & competitors to implement effective strategy.
∎ Strong knowledge about TAX/VAT and Accounting.
∎ Communicating and negotiating with vendors and Purchasers for more profitable deals. Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
∎ Follow up local indent as per requirement of respective department on the basis of Lead time.
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
∎ Overseeing and monitoring the RM, Refractories & Consumables stock position for executing optimum stock level.
∎ Review comparative statement (CS) and assets Management to select the vendors by ensuring the best purchase deal in terms of quality & quantity of products and service level.
∎ Ensure supplier payment within agreed credit limit.
∎ Reconcile supplier ledger & ensure balance agreed up on both sides.
∎ Ensure VAT & TAX compliant procurement.
∎ Evaluating and reporting on KPIs of team members.
∎ Day to day activities as per management instruction.
∎ Prepare Monthly/ Periodical Report on previous purchase
∎ Prepare various report for the senior & management
∎ Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management will be added advantage.
∎ Ability to make decisions under pressure.
∎ Strong knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/Power Point)
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Sufficient knowledge on market price of relevant product is essential
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge about all tender, E- tendering, Open Tendering and product sourcing
