Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development of new sourcing opportunities within new markets, identifying the potential benefits and risks, and planning and implementing projects to deliver cost savings to the business.
∎ Develop purchasing strategy/policy & supervise the team of the Supply Chain department.
∎ Develop vendors based on the offered compliances, credit period, price and Delivery schedule and negotiate further for warranty support, quality and other specifics.
∎ Sourcing Product from supplier as per order with the best price as per requisition.
∎ Prepare and submit payments of suppliers to finance on a timely manner.
∎ Collect & Update order forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Plan & forecast, discuss with a concerned person regarding product purchase.
∎ Do monthly surprise SCM audit.
∎ Manage & keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and logistics costs and keep documentation of the purchase and bills.
∎ Monitoring market price of Materials and updating market intelligence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 8-10 years pharma job experience.

∎ Salary and other remuneration will be given as per HR Policy.
