Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product sourcing, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect and monitoring requisitions from the factory end and organized accordingly.
∎ Priorities the requisition quantities & Qualities for confirmed the smooth supply timely in factory.
∎ Based on requisition, collect quotation/offer from Vendor (Local and international), negotiation, prepare Comparison Statement for Management approval.
∎ Sourcing & procure of Raw cotton and spare parts of Textiles and Spinning machinery as per requirements of the Company.
∎ Create purchase orders, follow up until goods send to concerned stores.
∎ Source of potential suppliers on regular basis, evaluating suppliers' capability & capacity through comparative study.
∎ Prepare market survey report on different textiles Materials (Mechanical, Electrical, Raw materials, cotton, yarn, etc for Textiles industries).
∎ Coordinate with concerned department and Transport for ensuring smooth delivery of procured items and coordinate to reach the selected locations.
∎ To collect and monitor the bills of the suppliers against the purchased order.
∎ To follow up with the supplier and internal commercial department for the L/C opening, shipments, documentation and the current status of the vessel and duly released the consignment with the help of commercial department up to delivery of the consignment.
∎ To follow-up with suppliers on invoice disputes, Warranty Products or returned materials.
∎ To prepare the weekly & monthly report.
