∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of Battery factory machineries,
∎ Strong understanding of mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair techniques.
∎ Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in industrial settings
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide advanced technical support and expertise on Generator, Compressor, Sub-station.
∎ Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
∎ Machinery includes Grid Casting, Pasting Mixer, Lead Cutter, Luck cutter, Wrapping machines.
∎ Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment as required. Address minor and major breakdowns promptly to ensure minimal disruption to the production process.
∎ Develop and execute regular preventative maintenance schedules to ensure continuous operation and longevity of machines.
∎ Identify and implement maintenance improvements to extend equipment life and reduce parts wear and tear.
∎ Analyze and optimize workflows to ensure machines operate at peak efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate best practices and maximize machine output.
∎ Lead efforts in the installation of Battery making related machines and monitor their performance.
∎ Ensure that machines are installed and calibrated to factory specifications for optimum performance.
∎ Regularly report on machine performance, identifying key trends and potential areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to reduce equipment wear and extend machine life.
∎ Plan, implement, and sustain an effective maintenance management system.
∎ Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and align with factory standards.
∎ Continuous Improvement and Employee Development:
∎ Promote continuous improvement in equipment reliability and machine capabilities.
∎ Train and support staff in effectively utilizing advanced machinery and technologies to optimize productivity.
∎ Collaboration with Management and Staff:
∎ Work closely with managers and staff to achieve optimal production levels using advanced mechanical technology.
∎ Provide technical insights and training to improve the team's operational efficiency.
∎ The Asst. Manager, Mechanical will play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the performance of machinery in the Lead Acid Battery manufacturing factory. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge of complex machinery, with a focus on enhancing productivity and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will lead mechanical support efforts, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and work towards continuous improvement in machinery performance and efficiency.
