∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to establish the Proactive and preventive maintenance in the plant.
∎ Responsible to look after the schedule maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
∎ To maintain the inventory of the spare parts by raising the requisition accordingly.
∎ To establish proper methods to give quick support to the emergency break down.
∎ To ensure the optimization of energy cost, reduce the break down, improve machine efficiency by train the people accordingly.
∎ Responsible to make schedule maintenance in terms of machine nature and performance characteristics.
∎ Quality Control of receiving materials against the indent.
∎ Adopt Kyzan activities to improve machine performance with least amount of cost investment.
∎ Organize regular in-house and external training to improve the skill of engineer and technicians.
∎ Providing carrier oriented motivation to the dept staff to get consistent outcomes to the assigned tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant field and privilege to be given for Biscuit and Cookies experience.

Salary: Negotiable
