∎ Managing and operating telesales team and achieve company given target.
∎ Calling potential clients, convincing & approaching them by setting appointments & to invite in office.
∎ Must be expert in telesales.
∎ Delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services appeal to persuade potential customers,
∎ Explaining products and prices
∎ Answering customer information about products,
∎ Obtaining customer information such as name and address,
∎ Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
∎ Following up on previous customers for potential sales
∎ Maintaining records of customer contacts
∎ Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
∎ Excellent listening skills once the prospect answers your questions!
∎ Excellent communication and rapport building skills
∎ Minimum capability of 3 to 5 hours talking efficiency.
∎ Taking appointments and reporting.
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
