Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline with sound working experience in store and inventory dept.
∎ Graduates/ Masters in Accounting will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Store Management & Inventory Systems.
∎ To prepare and implement all /policies/guidelines/ plans in regard to store management, location, construction and storage fabric and accessories movements, their delivery to factories and documentation.
∎ Develop the inventory management strategy of the company with the goal to control costs within budget, rationalize inventory and maximize the working capital available.
∎ To identify in depth all possible facts in storing fabrics, accessories, their delivery to factories and their consumption.
∎ To assist long term company's plan/annual implementation plans while sore is considered.
∎ Maintain and manage inventory of materials and stocked products, which include stock locations and profiles. And control perpetual inventory stock counting and accuracy checks, processes and approve payment invoices.
∎ Investigate discrepancies and shortages to minimize overstocks and remove redundant and obsolete raw materials.
∎ Perform regular cycle counts of inventory materials and support in conducting monthly/yearly physical inventory counts.
∎ Organize and maintain the inventory floor area to ensure efficient material storage & handling. And create daily reports to control the key critical areas of the stock system and address any discrepancy.
∎ Good control in data based management (Preferably experienced in ERP) competent to handle audit from any parties.
∎ Maintain discipline in the Store and ensure safety & security of Store.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Candidates must have experiences in working with store & inventory Dept.
∎ Good analytical skill.
∎ Very good in MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have to be fluent in English.
