Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Purchase, Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
∎ Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.
∎ Cross communication and collaboration function.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidate are having driving license and Experienced in real state sector in a similar poaition for at least 10 years are highly encourage to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
